PURPOSE/NEED:
This project will repair landslides on Beechwood
Road (C-8), Neville-Penn Schoolhouse Road (C-91), and Twelve Mile Road (C-126),
located in Various Townships.

ACTION NECESSARY:
Advertisement
of Legal notice to obtain bids on Bid Express for this bridge project. The
legal notice will be advertised in Clermont Sun on September 24, 2026, and will
be placed on the County website. Bid opening to be on October 8, 2026.

HISTORY OF PROJECT:
All 3 landslides are similar with the following
description: The landslide currently has an embankment failure causing a width
restriction for the traveling public. An application was filed with OPWC in September
of 2025. The OPWC application and agreement
authorization was approved by Board on 9/17/2025 and the County Engineer
executed the Grant Agreement on July 1, 2026.

Project is to be completed by June 18, 2027.
