RE: Summerside Road Culvert Replacement
Union Township
Dear
Commissioners:
We have
scheduled a culvert replacement on Summerside Road in Union
Township. Our staff has scheduled the start of construction
for Monday, June 16, 2008. To accomplish the planned
construction, it will be our recommendation that the road be
closed to traffic. We anticipate that the road will be open
to traffic on Friday, June 27, 2008.
Our
staff will be responsible for posting and maintaining all
necessary detour signage. Attached is our recommended
detour. Also, we shall advise the Communication Center,
Union Township Trustees, Union Township Fire and EMS, West
Clermont Schools and other agencies.
If we
can provide any additional information, please do not
hesitate to contact our staff.
