Dear Commissioners:
We have scheduled
an installation of a gas main transmission line on Fruit Ridge Road
in Washington Township. Our staff has scheduled the start of
construction for Thursday, April 10, 2008. To accomplish the
planned construction, it will be our recommendation that the road be
closed to traffic. We anticipate that the road will be open to
traffic on Thursday, May 1, 2008.
Our staff will be
responsible for posting and maintaining all necessary detour
signage. Attached is our recommended detour. Also we shall advise
the Communication Center, Washington Township Trustees, Felicity and
New Richmond School Districts, Washington Township Fire and EMS and
other agencies.
