Neville Penn Schoolhouse Road
Washington Township
Dear
Commissioners:
We have
scheduled two (2) culvert replacements on Neville Penn Schoolhouse
Road in Washington Township. To accomplish the planned
construction, it will be our recommendation that the road be closed
to traffic. Our staff has scheduled the start of the first culvert
replacement, just north of Waters Road, for Monday, July 30, 2007,
with the anticipated completion on Friday, August 10, 2007. The
second culvert replacement, which is south of Waters Road, is
scheduled to begin on Monday, August 13, 2007 and is anticipated to
be open on Friday, August 24, 2007.
Our staff
will be responsible for posting and maintaining all necessary detour
signage. Attached is our recommended detour. Also we shall advise
Communication Center, Washington Township Trustees, Felicity
Franklin School District, Washington Township Fire and EMS and other
agencies.
