RE: Old State Route 32 Closure
Batavia Township
Dear Commissioners:
We are requesting an extension to the completion date for the temporary detour, previously approved by the Board on 03/23/09 to through traffic on Old SR 32 in Batavia Township from Monday, 03/30/09, through Monday, 10/05/09 to Monday, 03/30/09, through Friday, 12/18/09, for Project Number BA-02-01 relative to the Old SR 32 Bridge Replacement.
The Office of Clermont County Engineer has no objections and if approved shall notify the Communication Center, Township Trustees, Fire and EMS, Schools and other agencies. We will also be responsible for posting and maintaining all necessary advisory signage in accordance with the attached recommended detour.
