James E. Sauls Sr. Drive Rehabilitation

 Existing James E. Sauls Sr. Drive will be reconstructed using Full Depth Pavement Reclamation.  This process will eliminate the existing cracking along the roadway.  Additional storm sewer and other associated improvements will also be performed.
